The 2021 Congress of the ESP venue opens on Monday, August 30, at 12:00 and closes on Friday, September 3, at 17:00. (subject to change, see Conference website for updates).

The exhibits will be open to all conference registrants throughout the conference.

The exhibition space will be directly and conveniently linked to the lecture halls, conference rooms as well as poster and coffee break areas providing equal visibility of all booths to all delegates. (see map)

From a sponsorship amount of above € 1,500.- sponsors are entitled to receive 2 complimentary admission badges. Additional badges will be available at an exhibitor registration rate of € 550.-. Badges will grant access to the exhibit hall, all scientific sessions and the Welcome Reception. One-day exhibit-hall-only passes will be available at € 100.-. Through this, exhibitors may encourage potential customers to attend the exhibition for a first-hand experience of the latest technological advances in photobiology, photochemistry and photomedicine.

Conference rooms at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Salzburg University, as per availability, may be booked for company meetings. Business meetings shall be scheduled outside of the scientific programme (before or after the sessions and during lunch breaks). Help with audiovisual media support, food and beverage, and any other special demand can be provided upon request. Please contact us for availability and fees.

Specific rules and regulations regarding contracts, insurance, installation and dismantling of booths, safety (including Covid-19 related precautions), accessories and supply will be provided upon request.

Please note that August and September are the peak tourist season in Salzburg. It is recommended to exhibitors to book hotel rooms well in advance. You can make use of the room contingent and online booking options available at the Conference website.

  • 80% of the total amount must be paid within 10 days of signature of the application form.
  • The remaining amount must be paid before August 1st, 2021.
  • Upon cancellation in writing before March 1st, 2021, 50% of the paid amount will be reimbursed.
  • No refund will be given for cancellations made after March 1st, 2021.
