Please submit your abstract by June 10, 2021.

Please note that before accessing the abstract submission procedure for the first time, you must register an account. Please make a note of your credentials in case you wish to submit other abstracts.
The registration for the abstract submission procedure does not replace congress registration: congress participants should register both for the congress (early bird deadline: 7 June 2021) and for submitting an abstract.

Once the submission is complete, the system will send a submission acknowledgement to the e-mail address registered with the account.

Before submitting your abstract please consider the following information:

  1. Authors are kindly requested to carefully read the and download the Abstract Template file in .docx format. This will ensure that contributions will be correctly placed within the conference and published in the book of abstracts.
  2. Abstracts for Oral contributions and Poster presentations can be submitted to any symposium. During the submission process you will have the option to choose the symposium most suitable for your contribution / topic.
  3. Please submit abstracts that do not match any of the symposia to Free oral contribution
  4. In addition to invited speakers there is a minimum of two speaking slots for Oral contributions (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion) in each symposium. After expiration of the abstract submission deadline, the symposium chairperson(s) will select the abstracts to be presented as Oral contribution.
  5. Abstracts for Oral contribution that cannot be considered for presentation in a symposium due to time limitations will either be moved to Free oral contribution or presented as poster.
  6. If you need to make changes in the abstract after the upload, please send the revised version to salzburg2021-abstracts@photobiology.eu.
  7. For any problem with the submission procedure and the Author Guidelines, please send an email to salzburg2021-abstracts@photobiology.eu.

Please for abstract submission, or go to the procedure if already registered.
